All of this, and more, awaits you as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor. The PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor programme is your final step in the quest to become a PADI Instructor. During the Instructor Development Course, you’ll learn to use and adapt the PADI system of diver education to individual student needs through comprehensive training, supported by a wide variety of PADI educational materials. PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors may conduct a broad range of PADI programmes from Discover Scuba Diving to Divemaster.

This 9 day Instructor Development Course introduces you to the PADI system of diver education and develops the skills to teach the core range of PADI courses. The IDC is comprised of the AI and OWSI course (see above for detailed information of each segment) and upon successful completion, you will be able to enrol on a 2 day Instructor Exam.
